This service provides evaluations for recommendation of medical cannabis only, for symptom relief of qualifying conditions under Alabama law. We do not provide cannabis products or treatment—only physician certification for the Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission (AMCC) patient registry.

- Persistent nausea that is not significantly responsive to traditional treatment (except nausea related to pregnancy, cannabis-induced cyclical vomiting syndrome, or cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome)
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Sickle cell anemia
- Spasticity associated with a motor neuron disease, including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
- Spasticity associated with multiple sclerosis or a spinal cord injury
- Terminal illness
- Tourette's syndrome
- A chronic or debilitating disease or medical condition or its treatment that produces one or more of the following: cachexia or wasting syndrome; chronic pain; severe or intractable pain that has not responded to adequate trials of other treatment modalities; nausea or vomiting; seizures; severe and persistent muscle spasms
